At Goldfields Specialists, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care, personalised to meet your individual health needs. Our pricing structure is designed to reflect the high quality and comprehensive nature of our healthcare services, with transparency at its core.
Please note:
Payment in full is required on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, personal cheques, credit cards, or EFTPOS for your convenience. To streamline your experience, we will claim your visit on your behalf through Medicare at the time of payment, ensuring the rebate is processed back into your account, typically within 24 hours.
Concession fees are available for holders of valid Pension or Health Care Cards. Please present your card during your appointment for eligibility verification.
DVA Card Holders: Gold DVA card holders must bring their card to appointments, as DVA covers the account. White DVA card holders should also present their card, as coverage may apply depending on the conditions related to the appointment.
Private Fees and Gap Payments: Our practice charges private fees and does not routinely offer bulk billing. Our consultants charge a gap fee (patient out of pocket expense) for procedures and operations undertaken at private hospitals and in our rooms, which is required to be paid before the procedure.
We understand that healthcare financing can be complex. We encourage our patients to engage with our team for any costing queries or concerns and to consult with their insurance provider regarding coverage details. Where possible, we always provide informed financial consent prior to any procedure.
